Community Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all potential new homeowners with professionalism and kindness; Networking and Prospecting; Continued persistent and targeted CRM follow-up via phone, email, video and mail; Schedule appointments; Facilitate tours for homebuyers; Participate in team business planning and sales goals in addition to other assigned duties.

Excellent verbal and written skills.
High School Education or higher

Construction Manager

Location: Utah County

This opportunity allows you to use your construction knowledge in a consistent homebuilding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work daily with subcontractors to maintain quality and construction schedules; work as a team with other construction managers and assistants to provide quality built homes that represent the values of Aspire Homes. This includes, cleanliness of job sites, prepping for trades and completing the necessary details to deliver a quality homes.
